August 9: Lazy Sunday

Today we left the hotel at 6pm. No, I'm not joking. We lounged in our room all morning and afternoon. It was really nice just to relax a bit since we've been going non-stop since we've arrived to Europe last week. We decided we'll go out to dinner and then walk around the park. So we started getting ready when I received a very special FaceTime call from my baby boy, Benny! I know it's only been a week, but I miss my cuddle buddy so much. S/O to Lindsay for rescuing Benny and taking him in. Anyway, after a few FaceTime phone calls, we headed off to dinner. We refuse to eat at the same place twice, regardless of how delicious it was, so we tried a new place called Cote. It's a french restaurant a few blocks away from our hotel and it was amazing. I know I say that about every place, but it's only because I honestly don't think I've had a nasty meal yet. Since we lounged all day, dinner was our first meal of the day and we both licked our plates clean. It was very good! After dinner we walked through Kensington Park, sat on the grass, and watched the sunset. It was very nice. We ended the evening with a stop at the coffee shop, where mom got some coffee and I got some dessert. Tomorrow is round two of the apartment hunting!
